Dewey Porter, Director. Mr. Porter has resided in St. Augustine since 1977 and has been self-employed here as a real estate investment and property manager since 1994. Mr. Porter previously owned and operated Cabinet Craft in St. Augustine, Florida from 1982 to 1994.

Henry M. Whetstone, Sr., Chairman of the Board.  Mr. Whetstone is a lifelong resident of St. Augustine and has served as the President of Whetstone Chocolates Franchise, Inc., a retail and manufacturing business located in St. Augustine, Florida since 1980.   From 1975 to present, Mr. Whetstone has also been the owner of the Bayfront Motel located in St. Augustine, Florida.

John A. Lester, Director. Mr. Lester served in banking in St. Augustine, Florida from 1973 to 1995, and in 1996 and 1997 was the managing organizer of Bank of St. Augustine. He is self-employed as a real estate broker and developer, and also operates Eagles Nest Storage in Flagler Beach, Florida.

Jeff Bell, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director. Mr. Bell has resided in St. Augustine since 1998 and has served in banking in Northeast Florida since 1983.  Mr. Bell has also served on the Board of Epic Community Services, Inc.

Henry F. Green, III, Director. Mr. Green is a lifelong resident of St. Augustine and has served as the President and Chairman of Hamblen Wholesale since 1979. Hamblen Wholesale is an importing wholesale company located in St. Augustine, Florida.

Jack Garner, Director.  Mr. Garner has resided in St. Augustine since 1990 and has been the owner of Garner Five, Inc., a real estate rental company since 1994. Mr. Garner, a licensed architect in Indiana, retired from a successful career in architecture.

Jerod Meeks, Director. Mr. Meeks has resided in St. Augustine since 1972 and is the owner of Arnett Heating and Air Conditioning,  Inc.  Mr. Meeks has also served on the Boards of Flagler Hospital and the St. Johns County Welfare Federation.

Dr. Michael A. Versaggi, D.D.S., Director.  Dr. Versaggi is a lifelong resident of St. Augustine and has operated a private dentistry practice in St. Augustine since 1980.

W. Frank DiMare, Vice Chairman of the Board. Mr. DiMare is a lifelong resident of St. Augustine and has been the Chief Executive Officer of DiMare Construction Company since 1981.   Mr. DiMare is the holder of a Florida General Contractor's License.
